In December 2011, the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) concluded an agreement on a grant to be awarded to the Horn Economic and Social Policy Institute to support its capacity building programs in economic and financial management for the member countries of the Inter-Governmental Authority for Development (IGAD). The Grant is expected to be operational in early 2012.
