Call for consultancy service for Resource Mobilization and Partnership Building for HESPI

The Horn Economic and Social Policy Institute (HESPI) is an independent regional policy research institute established to promote high-quality socio-economic studies, policy advice and capacity building services to assist the governments and private sector of the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) countries, and other developing economies.  The institute intends to develop its corporate governance policy documents to frame its strategic focus areas, its functions and procedures under its African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) program, Strengthening African Leadership for Climate Adaptation (SALCA). The SALCA aims to improve the performance of organizations working in the field of climate change adaptation for a sustainable climate change adaptation ecosystem on the African continent.

The Institute hereby invites experienced and competent individual consultants for HESPI Resource Mobilization and Partnership building consultancy service. Terms of References (TORs) that contain details qualifications criteria, submission requirements, and scope of work and evaluation criteria can be accessed HERE.

The closing date for submission of  application is 25th December 2023 at 5:00 pm East Africa Time, and must be submitted in two (2) separate folders clearly marked as Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal, and including the applicant’s name and contact address. The technical proposal should provide detailed plans and methods to fulfill the TORs. The applicants are also required to submit their updated CVs.
