TENDER REQUEST TO DEVELOP ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGIES, GOVERNANCE MANUALS, AND TO CONDUCT STAFF TRAINING

The Horn Economic and Social Policy Institute (HESPI) is an independent regional policy research Institute established to promote high-quality socio-economic studies, policy advice and capacity building services to assist the governments and private sector of the IGAD countries, and other developing economies. The Institute intends to develop its corporate governance policy documents to frame its strategic focus areas, its functions and procedures under its African Capacity Building Foundation SALCA program.
The Institute hereby invites Consulting firms or individual consultants to develop the services listed below and provide the associated training. A Candidate can apply for one or more of the assignments listed in this Tender Request.
The closing date for submission of Tender Request is 30th September 2023 at 5:00 pm Addis Ababa Time, and must be submitted in two separate folders clearly marked as Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal, and including the bidder’s name and contact address; as well as Tender title and reference number. The technical proposal must provide detailed plans and methods to fulfill the TORs. Any Tender Request for more than one consultancy output or training service must indicate the technical and price quotation separately in the tender documents submission.
All tender applications ought to be sent in PDF format to Daniel.Fantaye@hespi.org and must be accompanied by valid Business License and Company profile for consultancy firms, and by updated CVs for individual consultants. The bidding company profile should also include the qualifications of key personnel leading the project, and by a work plan based on key milestones of TORs by all applicants.
