HESPI has Co-organized a conference with Asal Group, an advisory and research entity in Somalia on “Institutions and Integrity in Somalia” on 10-12 December 2015 in Mogadishu, Somalia. Assessment of key public issues and build consensus on the formulation of sound reforms that merit the support of the Somali public at large and the country's development partners. Available evidence on the factors determining the success or failure of reforms. The participants explored lessons from countries that successfully emerged from post-conflict transition and the role of citizens in shaping these reforms. Awareness on key public issues by all stakeholders and consensus for meaningful reforms
