ASSESSMENT OF ESTABLISHING A DEVELOPMENT BANK FOR THE IGAD REGION
The Horn Economic and Social Policy Institute (HESPI) in association with the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) organized a one-day seminar on assessment of establishing a Development Bank/Fund for IGAD on 26 July 2014 at the UNECA conference center. It was an experts-level discussion on the need, feasibility and modalities of a Regional Development Bank/Fund for the IGAD region.
